Una Lee is an artist based in Taunton, Somerset. Una studied art for four years at Taunton College of Arts and Technology and is a member of Taunton Art Group and helps to run a local Art Group which meets regularly throughout the year. Una works mainly in acrylics and ink, but is also skilled in oil painting and watercolour and has shown work in local exhibitions around Somerset.
Una is primarily a landscape artist who takes inspiration for her work from the beautiful Somerset countryside as well as landscapes from around the world. Una aims to capture the realism and atmosphere of landscapes and chooses the media and painting techniques to create beautiful images. Una also enjoys capturing the personality of birds and animals, creating settings to enhance their natural behaviour.
Una aims to keep her work lively and interesting by regularly tackling new subjects and stretching her artistic talent at every opportunity.
Una sells her work around the UK and abroad and accepts commissions.
