Painting the Impressionist Garden

Using acrylic paints we’ll explore how to capture the essence of a scene, focusing on a feeling of light, movement, balance and composition. We’ll be aiming for a loose style of painting which captures just an impression of the scene. Whether you’re an experienced artist or a beginner, there will be time to practice your impressionist painting style before embarking on the painting.

Workshop dates: Thursday 19th June 2025 or Thursday 3rd July 2025 [new date to be added in 2026]

Time: 9.30am – 2.30pm

Venue: The Trident small hall, Galmington Road, Taunton, TA1 5NN

Price: £35 which includes all materials
